Certified by TMA (The Monitoring Association) as a level 2 alarm operator, I have applied the rigorous professional standards set forth by the international body of The Monitoring Association at every level of training for CV Surveillance Specialists. Although our clients require custom solutions for their monitoring needs, it is my job to ensure that all CV procedures and protocols adhere to the values and best practices set forth and continually refined by TMA since their incorporation in 1950. The ethics of integrity, communication, customer service, and cooperation with law enforcement are just some of the guiding principles included in our exhaustive training program.

All CV Specialists are continually trained, re-qualified, and educated in a progressive manner designed to elicit ever-improving performance and expertise in all areas of Surveillance Monitoring and customer service. Moreover, each Specialist is professionally certified in CPR, First-aid, and AED use, in order to assist in any life threatening situations that may arise.
