Our team of Training & Certified CV Tech (The Monitoring Associates) are the highest trained and certified in the Remote Security Industry. CV Techs must pass multiple levels of screening and are trained with real-world interactive tools and simulations designed by law enforcement and security professionals. CV Techs complete a rigorous multi-week certification program before they ever monitor a live site. All Monitoring Associates are cross-trained in multiple CV Services, so they are able to provide immediate coverage to any site in the event of emergencies or call-outs. They also undergo ongoing certification programs that ensure our entire staff is constantly learning and growing.
All CV Operators are continually trained, re-certified, and evaluated in a wide variety of real-world scenarios, threats, and protocols. Our team is built around the philosophy that training builds confidence, and confidence is the key to ensuring a quick and accurate response in any situation.
